This is woven plaid, from Barbara Walker’s 2nd treasury. I actually knit this swatch last May 2007, when I was still a gung ho blogger. Consequently, I don’t have any thing new to say about it, since I barely remember doing it. But, I was really good and wrote up my thoughts at the time and included them on the entry on the WTP blog. I wanted to submit it then but at the time the swatch was already claimed. The person who claimed it never turned it in, and I add the picture ready – so here you go. I included pictures of the back too. Now that The Treasury is up and running again though I plan to do some new swatches. If you are interested, head over to the project and claim a swatch!

I don’t know where to bug you guys about this. I want to work on the Magic Mosiacs but some of them are done but are not noted as such on the claimed/completed page.
Is something wrong?? Or is the site still under construction???

This is beautiful — I must get that book. I must admit, I am not really clear about the Walker Treasury, so should (and will) read up on it where I have seen mention on the Big Six. Thanks for posting this — it’s really inspiring.
