Formerly known as Pennsylvania Station. Is it my imagination, or was every station on the Pennsylvania Railroad (Now the northeast corridor of Amtrak) called Penn Station? Anyway the building is of note in Wilmington, particularly because it is one of three buildings in the same grouping built by architect Frank Furness.

View of the the riverfront from Tubman-Garrett park, though I think this part is more canal than river. Thomas Garrett Jr. was from a family of Quakers who were active in the anti-slavery movement.
